Strict Health & Safety Standards

1. The Hygiene Mandate

At Your Pleasure Map, your health and safety are our highest priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict global health regulations, all sales are final.

IMPORTANT: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product where the factory heat-shrunk seal, hygiene sticker, or original packaging has been tampered with or opened. Once a product leaves our sterile fulfillment center, it is considered personal property.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our curated collection. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or it was damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or alternative solution.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide a clear photo or video demonstrating the defect.
  • Mechanical failure is covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty (see below).

3. Order Cancellations

To ensure rapid delivery, our fulfillment system processes orders within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

4. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Most of our electronic wellness devices are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty. This covers internal mechanical or electrical failures. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, silicone staining).
  • Damage caused by improper use or using non-compatible lubricants (e.g., using silicone-based lube with silicone toys).
  • Submerging non-waterproof items.

5. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe you have received a defective item, please do not return it to the sender address. Instead, please follow our protocol:

  1. Visit our Contact Page.
  2. Include your Order Number and the subject "Defective Item Claim".
  3. Attach your visual proof (photo/video).
